Natural stone is increasingly used in the construction of houses, the range of which is now very diverse. The use of natural stone as a facing material encourages the designer to use it when creating a garden landscape: when laying paths and constructing small architectural forms (SAF). Paths on the site, barbecue elements and even the arrangement of a pond are best done in stone if some elements of the house are already decorated with it. When choosing a natural stone, the following are taken into account: its shape, color, texture and compatibility with other materials used in the landscape design of the site.

We will demonstrate the work of a designer with stone using an example. If the sidewalk around the house can be paved with ordinary tiles, then black shungite is perfect for a path in the garden. We ennoble the edges of the path with paving stones from the Pokostovsky deposit, and lay Kazbek stone blocks on the sides of the path.

These same blocks are also suitable for the construction of a cascade-stream. When constructing a staircase leading to a garden hill, we use the «Plashka Lux» material as steps. Large «Kazbek» boulders covered with moss are mounted at the base of the hill, around the house. When creating a pond and waterfall, it makes sense to use natural stone and sea pebbles. The final touch is to install lighting in the garden.
